Domusia is operated from France. For any question about your data, write to hello@domusia.app.
Your answers to the questionnaire. Style, location, materials, number of rooms. They are what the house is drawn from and are stored with it.
Your email address, if you buy. It comes from the payment page and is used to send you the link to your house.
A one-way hash of your IP address. Not the address itself. It exists only to limit how many free houses can be drawn from the same connection in a day.
A cookie holding a random token, so that the browser which created a house can edit it later. It carries no personal data and expires after ninety days.
Usage measurements. We use PostHog to count how many people start the questionnaire, reach the end and decide to buy. It records pages viewed and actions taken, under an identifier that is not your name. We use it to find out where the product loses people, nothing else.
Your email address, if you ask us to save your house before buying. We send you the link, and we keep the address so we can send it again. If you tick the box, we also send one dream house a month. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not profile visitors, and we never see your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Your answers and your house are kept to perform the service you asked for. Your email is kept for the same reason, and, if you agreed to it at checkout, to tell you about new Domusia features. The IP hash is kept to protect the service from abuse, which is our legitimate interest.
Houses and their images are kept for three years after your last visit. Unpaid houses are removed after ninety days. IP hashes are removed after thirty days.
Three providers, and only what each needs: Supabase stores the data and the images, Google Gemini receives the questionnaire answers to draw the house, and Stripe handles payment. We do not sell or rent anything to anyone.
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to hello@domusia.app and we will answer within a month. If you are in the EU and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL.
If we email you about Domusia, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect access to houses you have paid for.
